Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
We collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what this website collects, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Who is responsible for your data
Darroch Pro Solutions S.L., NIF B93901361, Calle de Tarragona 161, 3º, 08014 Barcelona, Spain.
For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
When you use the contact form
If you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:
- your full name and email address (required)
- your phone number and company (optional)
- your message
- your confirmation that you have read this privacy policy
Why: to answer your enquiry, arrange a free assessment and, if you decide to go ahead, organise your lessons. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell them.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR art. 6.1.a), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
How it reaches us: the form is sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which checks it for spam and passes your message on to us by email at [email protected]. For the spam check, Web3Forms may share your IP address and email address with the spam-filtering services CleanTalk and Akismet. Email to [email protected] is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our business mailbox on Google Workspace.
When you browse the website
- No tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels or any other tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
- Hosting and security. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR art. 6.1.f).
- Email address protection. Cloudflare adds a small script that hides email addresses on our pages from spam robots. It does not set cookies or track you.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, so there is no cookie banner.
Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated traffic and protect the site. It contains no information that identifies you, is deleted after a short time, and does not require consent (LSSI-CE art. 22.2).
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, security and email routing.
- Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, India; hosted on Amazon Web Services) — delivering contact form messages to us by email and filtering spam.
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited) — our business email.
These providers only process data on our behalf, for these purposes, under data processing agreements.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area: Web3Forms operates from India, and Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Where this happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep your data
- Enquiries, in our own records: for as long as needed to answer you and arrange an assessment, and for no more than 12 months after our last contact if you don't go ahead.
- If you become a client: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep business records (for example accounting and tax records).
- Copies held by Web3Forms: separately, Web3Forms keeps a copy of form messages for up to three years under its own retention rules, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Cloudflare security logs: for the period Cloudflare sets for its services.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- object to or restrict how we use it
- receive your data in a portable format (portability)
- withdraw your consent, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it
Write to [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos): https://www.aepd.es
